Ryan Medlin Electric opened their doors in 2018 and was ready to serve people. The business is growing and the vision is constantly evolving but the thing that won’t ever change is the desire to share peace and joy with each and every customer. When we do this, we believe that it goes beyond affecting one person and, instead, affects a whole community. Ultimately our goal is to produce joy in our customers by providing electrical work that gives you the complete safety and assurance of a job well done.

SERVE
The day starts with someone else, not ourselves. We believe serving always comes first. That’s why we started to give a coffee to the first customer of the day. It’s a physical gesture that says, “You are the priority. Not me.” We are a company that serves first. That is something we do with our customers and extend that to our employees as well.
EAGERNESS
We serve with eagerness because we aren’t “told” to do something, we “get” to do something. We believe our actions must be backed by passion. That’s why eagerness is part of our values. Eagerness comes from an overflow that can’t be conjured up. When we work for a customer out of an overflow the best results happen.
RESPECT
Respect can’t be earned unless it is given through humility first. We believe that respect comes from treating others the way we would like to be treated. That means we treat our customers’ property with care and their family with consideration. We use drop cloths, shoe covers, and ask every customer where they would prefer us to park.
VALUE
We give value because it is an honor to be a part of each project. We believe value is something we place on people. We do that by partnering with them on the project they want to accomplish, whether that’s giving you peace of mind or making your life more convenient. Each customer has specific ideas and desires and it is our privilege to satisfy those needs.
INTEGRITY
Integrity isn’t shown, it is known. One of our highest priorities as a service provider is to take care of the unseen details. When we move the insulation in your attic, you can trust that we will put it back. If we install new wiring through the crawl space, you can trust that we will use approved fire block that is suitable for the application. If we install new breakers, you can trust that they will be properly torqued to the right specs.
COMMUNICATION
Good communication sets the foundation for a job well done. We believe that we can change the service industry the most by having clear communication throughout our process. That’s why we aspire to be clear on what your project will entail so that we can properly meet your expectations.
